One voice can change a room, and if one voice can change a room, then it can change a city, and if it can change a city, it can change a state, and if it can change a state, it can change a nation, and if it can change a nation, it can change the world.  Your voice can change the world."

Signs are Here!

We’ve got a new sign to VOTE TWO for County Commissioners, with both Mark Forest and Sheila Lyons’ names. Sign copy is attached.

Why do we need this?

1. We have an opportunity to have a full County Commissioner Board of three Democrats! This means three public servants committed to a strong county government, which is vital to address important regional issues like climate change and public health.

2. We have an opportunity to vote out a divisive, Trumpian grenade-thrower, Ron Beaty, who has a demonstrated record against issues of fairness and equality (LGBTQ, immigration, etc.)   The other name on the ballot, Abe Kasparian, is against the very existence county government and regional management.

3. We can lessen the bullet-voting. There’s a history of voters either leaving County Commissioner blank on the ballot, or voting for just one, not two candidates. Either of those approaches help Beaty’s chances of staying in office. We want the visual reminder to vote for Mark and Sheila!

Cost:
$10 each (cash only)

Pick-up location:
879 Long Pond Rd, Brewster
